Terms and Conditions

Cancellations

We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations of our art and craft workshops or tuition and classes, unless in exceptional circumstances, as determined by Lauren Astrella. If for any reason a class or workshop is cancelled, you will be informed via email and issued a refund within 3 working days.

Bookings may be transferred to a different session, subject to availability, up to 48 hours before the class or workshop. Please email lauren@thatkidlife.co.uk to arrange this. Classes or tuition that have already passed cannot be transferred to future dates. Full details can be found on our policies page.
