Our bespoke birthday workshop packages for ideal for 3-12 year olds and can based around a theme of your child’s choice.

What’s included?

  • 90 minutes of themed art, craft and sensory activities, suitable for under 7s

  • Activities often include sensory rice trays, play dough stations, collaging, painting and more

  • Best suited to a hall or hired venue - let me know if you need some ideas

  • Parents usually stay at these parties to craft alongside their child

Our standard package is for up to 15 children, with 5 activity stations for them to explore. Do get in touch for a personalised quote if you need more activities or for more children.

Midweek parties are just £175 (perfect for NCT groups!)

Weekend parties are £225

What’s included?

  • 75-90 minutes of teacher led art and craft activities, depending on age and number of children

  • Options include making dreamcatchers, paint and collage parties, canvas painting, decoden, teddy bear making and lots more - all parties can be themed

  • Parents (apart from the birthday child’s) are not required to stay but may do so if they wish

  • Suitable for smaller parties at home or larger parties in a hall

FAQs

How many children can we invite?

We have a team of primary school staff to help at events so the sky is the limit! (Most people tend to invite 8-15 people though.)

What does the party cost include?

  • 90 minutes of a fully-hosted art and craft session

  • Table coverings and aprons for children, if required

  • All set up and cleaning of art and craft space

Which areas do you cover?

Quoted prices are for within 30 minutes drive of Great Wakering. We are more than happy to travel further for an additional fee. Get in touch if you need any suggestions of suitable halls and venues, or we are happy to come to your home. If the weather allows, we can even run workshops outside!

£50 deposit secures your date

Final number of children and full payment required 14 days before the event

Most families tend to arrange parties for 2 hours - 90 minutes for our session, then 30 minutes for you to do food/cake etc.

How do I book?

Fill in the form at the top of this page and we’ll contact you via email to confirm availability asap. We’ll then send you an invoice for £50 deposit to secure your date.
